Make your own VEX power supply

This documents will show you how to make your own VEX power supply.
Tools:

• Soldering Iron & Supplies

• Wire Stripper

• Razor Blade

Supplies:

• Heat shrink tubing (various sizes)

• Power Supply - 9 Volt; 36.0W @ 4A Desktop E-Star Power Supply - DigiKey 271-2707-ND

• Duratrax Connector Set Unwired  Tower Hobbies LXD170

• Standard computer power cord

Gather your supplies:
Heat shrink tubing, Duratrax connector, 9V 4 amp power supply

Check the polarity of the power supply cable.
The inner wire of this power supply is positive.

Solder the Duratrax connector to the power supply cable.
We used heat shrink tubing to ensure a long lasting connection.
